Magnesium bisglycinate – 320 mg, without oxide

Entirely from bisglycinate. 120 capsules for 60 days.
Vitamin C – two ingredients without unnecessary additives

No magnesium oxide in the ingredient list

Many products display bisglycinate on the front of the label but mix in magnesium oxide in the background – the cheapest magnesium compound available. The magnesium figure on the label rises while the proportion of expensive bisglycinate remains low. You can see this in the ingredient list or in terms such as “buffered”, “Complex” or “Blend”. It may sound good – but it is not. In our product, all 320 mg of magnesium come from bisglycinate.

160 mg magnesium per capsule

Filled to the brim, and for good reason

Bisglycinate is a fairly voluminous raw material. Anyone who wants to obtain the full amount of magnesium exclusively from it needs a correspondingly large quantity – which is why these capsules are quite large and the daily dose is divided between two. Adding oxide would make it possible to fit the same figure into much smaller capsules. We chose a different approach.

Hyaluronic acid molecular chain

Why the bond determines tolerability

With oxide and citrate, the bond breaks down in the stomach; the free magnesium becomes osmotically active in the intestine and draws in water – hence the softer stools at higher doses. In bisglycinate, the magnesium is bound to two molecules of the amino acid glycine. This bond withstands stomach acid and is absorbed through amino-acid transport pathways. That is precisely why 320 mg per day is feasible here.

A full nine functions*

Magnesium contributes to:

  • the reduction of tiredness and fatigue
  • normal muscle function
  • the normal functioning of the nervous system
  • normal psychological function.

In addition, there are electrolyte balance, energy-yielding metabolism, protein synthesis, bones and teeth, as well as a role in cell division.

*Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal muscle function, the normal functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological function, electrolyte balance, normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal protein synthesis and the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, and has a role in the process of cell division.

Vitamin B6 works along the same pathways*

1.5 mg, equivalent to 107% NRV. Like magnesium, vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological function, normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The two complement each other here for a reason. Plus 100 mg of taurine per daily serving.

*Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological function, normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
